Beta Product Nature

Canopy AI is currently in beta development. Features, functionality, and availability may change significantly without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or feature availability.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta product. Access is granted at our discretion based on various factors including timing, fit, and capacity.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Canopy AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through our services.

Intellectual Property

The Canopy AI brand, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Canopy AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

You retain ownership of content you create using Canopy AI. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing and improving our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Canopy AI services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canopy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Canopy AI at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, you may lose access to your content and data. We are not obligated to retain or provide access to your data after termination.
